The staff were friendly and the location was fairly central. I walked to most attractions without issue.

The room smelled strongly of mildew. i reported it, but nothing changed. It was quite unpleasant! also, the ice machine on my floor was broken. I had to go to another floor each time i wanted ice.

the valet parking was convenient, it allowed easy access and on-site monitoring. i found the staff consistently ready to help, even when i arrived quite late. i liked that the hotel is located close to everything. the security measures.

I noticed that the rooms could use some updating. The furnishings seemed a bit dated.
